Post Thanksgiving Celebration

On Friday night, Caroline's grandparents, Aunt Lynn, Uncle Rick, and cousins Sara, Miriam, and Josh all had dinner at her house! We had such a great time all being together! This time Miriam got to feed Caroline her dinner, and she had bananas for the first time. We think she enjoyed them, especially since they ended up all over her and she was licking them off her bib!

Thanksgiving Continued

Caroline went to her Aunt Lynn and Uncle Rick's house for Thanksgiving. There were so many people there, and she got to see her cousins Sara, Miriam, and Josh. Sara and Miriam were so excited to play with Caroline (Josh loves her too, but playing with Caroline is not his favorite!) Sara fed Carolne her Thanksiving sweet potatoes which was messy but fun! Please notice Caroline's cute turkey shirt for her first Thanksiving!

Thanksgiving

Caroline's grandparents came to stay with us for Thanksgiving, and we had such a good time! They loved getting to watch her play and see all of her new tricks since they saw her last. We had such a great Thanksgiving!

Caroline and Avery

Our friends Avery and Liz came over this week to play This was the first time the girls were really aware of each other and loved looking at each other! They also liked trying to play with the same toys; they are already learning to share and be sweet friends!

UMass Friends

We had lunch today where I work at UMass with all of our friends who have known Caroline since before she was born! Here is Jen with Caroline; she checks our blog frequently and now she gets to be on it! Caroline was very interested in everyone's food and felt very left out that no one gave her any, especially the chocolate cake for Audrey's birthday!

Ladies Who Lunch

We went to lunch with our friend Audrey last week. This is such a cute picture of the two of them! Caroline loved bending back and smiling at Audrey who is such a special friend! Today is her birthday, and we hope she has a great day!

Computer Whiz

As you can see Caroline is already learning how to use the computer! She enjoys banging on the keyboard and watching the screen where we get to see pictures of so many of our friends!

Texas Friends

We got to see our friend Jennifer from Texas last week. Jennifer was one of my roommates in college and now lives in Dallas. She came up to see her friend Bern who lives near Boston and had baby Benjamin 5 weeks ago. It was so fun seeing all of them and meeting the new baby!

Shake, Rattle, and Roll

It seems like Caroline is doing new things every day! She rolled for the first time this week! She also learned how to shake her rattle which she loves to do!

Go Red Raiders!

We have been watching the Red Raiders win big the last 2 weeks! Here is Caroline supporting her team with some Tech gear that her Grandma Mimi got her while we were in Texas!

Election Day 2008

Caroline went with us to vote last Tuesday and was such a good helper!

Play Time

Caroline's hand control gets better every day, and now she loves to grab onto her toys and put them right into her mouth! It is so funny when she sticks one whole end of the rattle in her mouth as you can see! We also put together her entertainer this week (thank you Memorial staff who gave it to us!) and she gets so excited to get in it and look at all the toys! She is getting to be such a big girl; she will be 5 months old this week!

First Cereal

Caroline started rice cereal this week! She has been so interested in our food lately and she seems to like the cereal although she ends up wearing most of it at this point!

Happy Halloween!

Here is Caroline dressed as our little pumpkin! She was not too happy to be wearing the hat, but she had fun visiting a few people in our neighborhood and helping pass out candy to trick-or-treaters!
